Privacy policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

This policy explains what personal information iCandy Games LLC ("we") handles when you play our games, visit icandygames.com, or email us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete anything we have.

Who we are

iCandy Games LLC is an independent game studio based in the United States. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

Our games

Our games run on your computer. We do not operate player accounts or game servers, and our games do not show ads or include third-party analytics. They do not ask for or collect your name, email address or location.

Your saved games are stored on your own computer. If you turn on cloud saves through the store you bought the game from, that store keeps a copy under its own privacy policy.

Steam and the Epic Games Store

When you buy or play our games through a store, that store handles your account, payment, achievements, playtime and cloud saves. Each store's own privacy policy covers that information:

The Epic Games Store version of our games uses Epic Online Services to record your achievements. To do that, Epic shares your Epic account ID and display name with the game while you play. We use them only to record your achievements through Epic's services, and we do not keep a separate copy.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as screenshots or log files. We use it only to answer you and fix the problem you reported. We keep support emails only as long as we need them, and we never use your address for marketing unless you ask us to.

This website

icandygames.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from this site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard connection details such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only when the law requires us to.

Children

Our games are made for adults, and none of our games or this website is directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights under local law. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
